Can the Alberta Ombudsman Investigate Your Complaint?

Below is a list of organizations that we regularly receive complaints about.

If your complaint is about an organization we can investigate, we will usually ask you to try to resolve your issue with them directly and obtain a final decision or response. If you have already tried to resolve your issue and still have concerns, please contact us.

If your complaint is about an organization, we do not have authority over, we will do our best to direct you to the right place to raise your concerns. Click on the categories below for information about specific organizations.
