Consumer Issues

The Alberta Ombudsman does not have jurisdiction to investigate complaints about private businesses or other consumer matters. You can learn more about how to raise concerns as a consumer about a business, here: https://www.alberta.ca/file-consumer-complaint.

You may be able to raise your concerns with the Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction Contact Centre or the Better Business Bureau.
