Centre Complaints

Health Complaints
Healthcare services for Provincial Remand and Correctional Centres are provided by Recovery Alberta. For complaints about the healthcare provided by the centre, you may wish to raise your concerns to the Patient Concerns Resolution Process (PCRP). Federal Correctional Facilities
The Alberta Ombudsman does not have jurisdiction to investigate complaints about Federal Correctional Facilities. For complaints, please contact the Office of the Correctional Investigator.
