- We will not contact individuals by text message or social media to discuss complaints or request sensitive information.
If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent our office and are unsure of its legitimacy, do not provide any personal or financial details.
If you believe you have been contacted by someone impersonating an Ombudsman employee, please contact our office.
