Reporting to the Deputy Ombudsman/Deputy Public Interest Commissioner, the manager will direct and manage a team of professional staff to ensure a high quality of complaint analysis, investigations, decisions and recommendations in accordance with the Ombudsman Act. For success in the position you must have experience in leading an investigative team. You also possess exceptional consultation, negotiation, and analytical skills and demonstrate complex problem-solving ability. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills including report-writing and interview experience are essential. |

Qualifications

A post-secondary degree supplemented with five years of investigative experience. Related experience or education equivalencies may be considered. |

Salary

$3,062.51 to $4,121.25 bi-weekly. $79,931 to $107,564 annually. |
