The Alberta Ombudsman can investigate complaints about some professional colleges and associations. Before you make a complaint to us, we want to make sure you’ve tried to resolve your complaint directly with the people involved. The Ombudsman’s office cannot investigate individual professionals, like accountants or veterinarians, but we can investigate complaints about the professional colleges and associations that license and regulate them.
